Default 92 Corrado VR6 Acceleration problems

just joined up here, like what I see so far. I hope someone can help me out with my problems so I can enjoy my car.
I bought this car 2.5 years ago up in Chicago and it has had this problem since I bought it. I posted this info and video a couple years ago on vortex thinking someone would tell me such and such problem needed to be changed and poof my car would be tip top. Well that didn't happen half swore it was electrical, half swore it was fuel related. I took it to Dick Dean in Ballwin and they wanted to put all stock parts back on it and charge me 3 large plus to fix it. I own a small business and had a baby last year. Time was not on my side and money was a even bigger problem, luckily she is still sitting in my garage and I now have the funds to get it running. I really would like someone to actually look at the car and help me get it on the road so I can enjoy it. I'm not looking for a hand out but will gladly take one haha. No but seriously I don't want another inch of dust collecting on my car. I am just going to cut and paste the info I put on vortex 2 years ago because nothing has changed and it was all still fresh in my mind at the time.

here is a video of the problem:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38n4MPxVgoo

and here is the info:
92 VR6 92,000
I bought the car with this problem, fixed other problems and now I'm down to this head scratcher.
When accelerating in gear, it cuts in and out in a pattern: on for a second cuts out for a split second, on for a second cuts out for a split second, so on. Until you let of the gas and rev it up a few times, when you change gears it usually continues. Unless you get to 3rd or 4th while going 25 mph. It does this 30% of the time. The other 70% of the time it runs fine. If it happens you know it right away. If you get in a gear and accelerate and it doesn't do it at first it runs fine. If you are on the highway at normal speed it doesn't happen.
I posted this problem before and was told to change the "ecm relay 109" because of the heavily modified electrical situation for a previous stereo system that will not be returning now I own the car. I did change this and the problem still exist. The dealer wanted to change the wires, plugs, roter, and cap. They also said they didnt know this would fix it. The cap and wires I know are new, the plugs should be changed but thats not the reason. Please anyone?

Hard to film and drive while car is jerking, sorry for shotty video

Ok so I know you posted on the other thread saying that some guys thought it was electrical and some thought fuel. Personally I'm thinking fuel line. Saw a very similar issue on another car, didn't happen quite as often as it seems to be happening on yours, but turned out to be a leaky fuel line. It was so slight, but finally when we kept the engine at 3 grand for a minute or two we could literally see the fuel line leaking.

Like I said on the other thread though, there are plenty of people, with more experience than me, who will pop in and give their opinions. Plus I'm sure someone will be willing to take a look at the car.

Thanks for the warm welcome!!
Friday I am going to get it insured and licensed I have only been driving it to my Schnucks and Autozone. It will be much easier to get it looked at if I'm not looking over both shoulders. Dick Dean would not pass it with the rims (bent) but that was 2 years ago, and I was told you have to get it inspected where it failed up to a year or something. Bottom line, it needs to happen and will. I have receipts to all work done by them. Mostly relay and electrical work (blinkers, dash lights, etc) I'm going to go over receipt today to see if I'm missing something. I will try to pm my contact info later today to those interested, thanks in advanced.
